On Friday, June 8, executives from Scripted Drama, Comedy, Unscripted and CBC Kids, representing both television and digital platforms, will be in Vancouver to hold an information session for writers, creators and producers, as well as take 70 one-on-one pitch meetingsThis is your opportunity to hear what the CBC is looking for across genres and how to pitch them. Sign up in advance for the chance to have a one-on-one pitch meeting with a CBC executive.

You’ll be taken to our registration page where you’ll be asked to provide some brief information about yourself. This is just to help us get a better sense of who’s in the room.

Note that registration is on a first-come first-served basis and we reserve the right to limit the number of tickets available.

Sign Up for a One-on-One Pitch Meeting

Application Deadline: May 21, 2018

Sign up now for the chance to get a one-on-one pitch meeting with a CBC executive. Preference will be given to writers, creators and producers who don’t usually get the chance to meet with CBC executives at festivals and markets.

You’ll be asked to provide your contact information, a short bio of yourself, and some information about the project you’re pitching (genre and log line). Please note that space is limited, so not everyone who applies will get a one-on-one meeting.
