Returning for the fourth year on November 1 & 2, 2019<\/strong> with an expanded two-day event, FactualWEST<\/strong> is a one-of-a-kind conference for producers and crew working in factual, lifestyle, reality and documentary television. We bring together top showrunners, broadcasters, creators and producers to lead sessions designed to help you increase your skills, learn practical tips and get useful insights you can use to move your career and your projects forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our sessions are streamed so you can focus on developing the skills you care about most: Writing, Producing, Field and Post, and Digital Storytelling. Each stream offers a number of practical sessions with top talent from LA, Toronto, the UK and Vancouver.<\/strong> Hear from creators, showrunners and producers from such shows as From the Wild, Still Standing <\/strong>and the runaway-hit Netflix show Happy Jail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference will also include Masterclasses on Line Producing and Editing, a Buyers Briefing and One-on-One Pitch Sessions with Broadcasters including Corus, Bell Media and Knowledge Network<\/strong>, as well as a number of networking opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
